Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how The Regal Ornate processes and delivers orders, including timelines, shipping charges and delivery zones. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

• Order confirmation: Within 24 hours of placing your order (during business days).
• Packing & dispatch: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
• Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 11 AM IST on business days may be dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability).

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 cities: 3–6 business days
• Rural/remote areas: 5–8 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, festivals, public holidays or courier logistics beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• Flat ₹79 shipping fee on orders below ₹999.
• COD (Cash on Delivery): Available for select pin codes. Additional COD charges may apply.

4. Delivery Zones

We currently ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes. To check if your pin code is serviceable, please enter it at checkout or contact us before placing your order.

5. Courier Partners

We partner with leading courier services including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC and India Post (Speed Post) to ensure reliable delivery across India.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on the courier partner's website. You can also view your order status in your My Orders section.

7. Packaging

Each metal wall plate is carefully packaged with bubble wrap, foam padding and a sturdy corrugated box to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Sets of 5 include individual packaging for each plate plus an outer box.

8. Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

• Package not delivered but marked as delivered
• Damaged or tampered package received
• Wrong product or missing items
• Significantly delayed delivery (beyond estimated timeline + 5 days)

9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping through our website. However, you can purchase our products internationally through our Amazon India store, which offers global delivery to select countries.
